An exciting opportunity has come up for a Commercial Dispute Solicitor to join our top legal client in Bury St Edmunds on a permanent basis. This position offers hybrid flexible working and a great working culture!

key duties to include:

• Insolvency.
• Contractual disputes.
• Property litigation.
• Tenant and landlord disputes.
• Shareholder disputes.
• Civil litigation and defamation.

The successful candidate will have:

• A minimum of 3 years PQE.
• Strong experience managing a varied and full caseload of Commercial matters.
• Strong work ethic and attentive to the small details.
• A team player and willing to develop your skills.
