We are currently on the lookout for a Business Support Team Leader for a 12-month maternity cover (with potential for longer term opportunities).
Job duties
ISO
Manage and maintain all elements of all 3 ISO certifications - 9001, 45001 & 14001
Prepare and manage all aspects of the external ISO audit process
Execution of the ISO calendar
Ensuring all manuals, policies and procedures are updated
HR
Daily management of the Business Support team (1-2 members)
Create all employment contracts globally for new starters including part time and fixed term
Onboarding all UK new starters into the business on their first day
Manage UK Internal Payroll Process
Updating and maintaining HR records on People HR globally - including updating all bank holidays, re-calculating holiday for the next year, new starers, promotions, leavers etc
Managing and qualifying all the promotions globally.
Processing leavers - including ensuring they have the correct letters (UK & Overseas) removing from PHR and updating the payroll sheet.
Handling Personal Improvement Plan process from start to finish for UK employees - this includes being present in all meetings.
Handling all UK maternity cases. Completing the risk assessments, sending out the letters, keeping track and then having the return to work meetings. Overseas global maternity cases.
Keeping track of the Global daily attendance
Running reports and management information from People HR via queries
Supporting HR Director with general duties, research etc when needed
Being the first point of contact for all UK employee queries
Keeping track of all employee's on a VISA via the VISA log and working with Legal to ensure all visa updates are completed in a timely manner
Overseeing client meetings and relevant travel arrangements for employees
Manage EAP, Corporate Eyecare and Cycle to work scheme
Mange work experience applicants
Global Quarterly Sales Appraisal Process
Manage the full global sales appraisal process from start to finish with the support of the Business Support team
Facilities/Office Maintenance
Management and execution of the Facilities Management Calender
Management of ERSG external enquiries inbox
Management of the UK cv formatting process
Ensuring the smooth running of the UK office and ensuring all supplies are fully stocked over 2 floors
Liaise with external cleaning company to ensure a high quality of cleaning on both floors.
Have a good relationship with the landlord and security to be able to resolve any issues quickly
Ensure internal notice board is up to date with all of the essential information
Liaise with external engineers regarding works that need to be completed, getting RAM's and sign off from security
Organise PAT testing, 5 Year fixed Wire Testing, Fire Risk Assessment, fire extinguisher servicing, aircon servicing and repairs on both floors, emergency lighting, billi tap maintenance and following through actions.

Supporting the organisation of some company events/conferences, for example Christmas party and Summer social
Certs and Training
Office and facilities management essential
Intermediate Excel, Outlook, Word, Powerpoint
Experience in dealing with highly confidential information
CIPD qualified desirable
