Your new roleYou will be part of a small team, managing and co-ordinating training courses for our delegates, your excellent organisational and communication skills will ensure that trainers' schedules are in-line with said courses and you will be in charge of pre- and post-course information requests. Duties:-

• Administrative support to the team
• Updating the team and proactively problem-solving
• Checking all qualifications are relevant for courses
• Dealing with new customers and recording all information correctly
