The role:

• Designing a prototype Digital Services Security Dashboard or Scorecard which measures the effectiveness of the in-scope security controls across the in-scope services
• Working with Cyber and other Control Owners to obtain the source data required to populate the above Dashboard or Scorecard to determine the current state
• Using the Dashboard or Scorecard to develop a target state (eg by presenting a set of options and a recommendation), and gain agreement to this from the Global Banking and other key stakeholders
• Working with the Digital Service leads and Head of Wholesale Security Architecture to develop a costed and timed plan to move Digital Services from the current security controls state to the target security controls state

Experience and Skills Required

• Broad and deep advanced/expert knowledge across all key security control areas: logical access control, privileged access management, secure configuration baseline management, vulnerability management, application security, cyber and service resiliency, network perimeter security, Cloud security, etc.
• Experience of designing, implementing and or managing the operation of the above controls (eg in a CISO or other senior security role)
• Advanced/expert knowledge of modern technology, architecture and engineering techniques and practices
• Experience of designing and implementing data analytics and reporting methods, with a focus on data quality management, to drive desired outcomes
• Ability to create clear, concise proposals for solutions and brokering agreement across multiple stakeholders
• Strong experience of working with stakeholders across multiple disciplines
• Excellent situational awareness and ability to appropriately react to a changing landscape
• Performance driven nature and excellent problem solving capability
• Ability to understand and further explain complex technical concepts
