IT Applications Analyst - Law Firm (Permanent)
Location: Central London Country: UK Rate: £65-70k + Benefits
Job Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive support for Document Management and Knowledge Management applications issues, collaborating with the infrastructure team, other IT teams, project teams and suppliers.
- Provides support to users firmwide, which may include, but is not limited to, troubleshooting incidents, resolving user issues, contributing to training efforts.
- Proactively manage changes, upgrade paths and requirements for software releases.
- Proactive approach towards reducing operational issues and minimise unscheduled downtime.
- Assist on adhoc projects relating to the improvements of processes and system upgrade.
Skills Required
- Must have experience of supporting, troubleshooting and configuring business applications
- Knowledge of business processes and enterprise applications and systems in a legal environment.
- Experience with Software as a Service (SaaS) and/or Platform as a Service (PaaS) environments.
- Strong foundational knowledge of Microsoft 365, AWS or Azure.
- A general understanding of core IT infrastructure, server client architecture and networking.
- Experience supporting; iManage, InTapp, Workshare, Aderant, SQL, Power BI
This role offers hybrid working - 2 days WFH/3 days office based.
