Senior Desktop Support Engineer - Office365/Active Directory/Intune
Our client, a City based specialty insurer, is looking for a Senior Desktop Support Engineer to provide on-site second-line support. They will be a technical escalation point within the team so need to be technically proficient and confident. This person will be an experienced operating at a Senior 2nd Line level.
Based in the attractive London City based office 5 days per week, benefiting from the support and collaboration of the wider team.
Essential:
- Experienced 2nd Line Support, operating at a Senior 2nd Line level
- Excellent customer service skills and approach
- Active Directory experience
- Ability to build and deploy machines using Intune
- Office365 support experience
Desirable:
- ServiceNow experience
- Hyper-V
- Experience working in a Financial services or insurance background
