Gravitas is currently recruiting for an accomplished Business Analyst to join one of our key London Insurance clients and contribute to a large scale transformation project. We are looking for a highly skilled and adaptable business Analyst who will play an essential role designing, developing and implementing a Claims functionality.

The role will require a detailed understanding of the London market, Lloyds and London Market Claims. Experience leading junior members of staff, offering mentorship and guidance would also be beneficial.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collecting and refining business requirements, defining scope, mapping processes, creating use cases and user stories, and assessing their impact.

- Ideally the business requirements will be related to all aspects of claims management.

- Experience working with users and identifying their needs.

- Translating requirements or user stories and propose design approaches or services to meet any needs.

- Excellent stakeholder management experience, building strong relationships with senior management and C-level individuals.

- Comfortable running workshops at this level and understanding needs and translating them into business requirements.

- Process re-engineering and design experience, responsible for defining data models and flows, and analyse data sets to obtain models and insights, creating product visions, backlogs and road maps, customer journey mapping and user story mapping.
