We have an excellent Service Design & Transition Analyst job opportunity on a 2 year FTC/Permanent basis with our client based in Manchester, which is hybrid/flexible working 2 days per week in the office.

Candidates who are interested in applying for this position should be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:-

• Proven experience of co-ordinating/managing Service Design and Service Transition activities for new and changed services.
• Creation and maintenance of Service Design and Transition Packages, Service Introduction Plans, processes, and operational readiness material tosupport a smooth transition into allIT, ensuring compliance with key ITIL processes.
• Development ofall standard Service Design & Transition Procedures, Artefacts and Templates.
• Identified Operational Assurance Testing for newand change services to ensure that services that are released are fit for purpose and meet Service Design and Transition requirements.
• Collaborated with multiple stakeholders to successfully onboard all newand changed solutions delivered into the production environment.
• Understanding of Availability Management, Capacity Management and Information and Governance.
• Experience of project delivery and working within a Governance framework.
• Experience of security system implementations preferred.
• ITIL intermediate qualification V3 or V4 is preferred.
