Data Analyst (Contract)
Location: Barcelona Country: Spain Rate: Negotiable
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and design AI solutions together with business stakeholders and the product team to maximize business impact.
- Analyze and verify model output and work with Data Scientists and Engineers to improve accuracy of models.
- Support in setting the roadmap and strategy for the product team, together with the Product Owner.
- Pressure-test algorithms from a business perspective and develop business cases.
- Lead and coordinate the development work for various topics within your product.
- Lead and participate in agile ceremonies.
- Be an active voice for constant improvement in ways of working within the team.
Qualifications:
- Relevant academic degree within Business, Statistics or Engineering
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience in a position requiring strong analytical skills
- Experience of - and/or high interest in - working with advanced analytics and AI
- Experience from working with advanced analytics tools and technologies (ie. SQL, Python, Power BI, GCP)
- Ability to communicate and explain data and its implications to various stakeholders.
- Proven track record of delivering great results.
- Excellent communication skills in writing, speaking, and presenting.
- Strong in prioritization, execution, and following up together with a can-do attitude.
- Motivated by an environment that allows you to work and take decisions independently.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
- Strive to reach goals, prioritize tasks and take direct action to address problems while ensuring to meet deadlines and achieve results.
- Ability to advise the business in the best solution from both a business and technical perspective.
