Product & Technical Service Manager

As the leading supplier to our client, one of the most instantly recognizable brands in the banking sector worldwide, Swisslinx are looking for an experienced Product & Technical Service Manager with around 5 years experience to work on a Modern Remote Access project and help in shaping the solution and service implementation.

This is a rolling 10 month contract with a strong chance of extension and a start date ASAP (no later than June).

The goal of the project is to design modern remote access solution for company's workstations based on ZTNA (Zero Trust Network Access).

The position requires DevOps workstyle and tight collaboration with other Engineers, Solution Architects, Product Owners, Deployment Teams, Support Teams and Vendors.

Your responsibilities will include:

Act as a product manager for the integration of modern remote access on laptops
Overseeing the integration design of modern remote access (based on ZTNA) components to be deployed on workstations
Providing guidance to engineering, quality assurance and support staff related to the modern remote access solutions
Preparation of (technical) design documentation, including FAQs
Preparation and implementation of changes in global infrastructure
Defining compliance monitoring processes for endpoints environment
Collaboration with cross-technology peer-groups.

As the successful applicant, you will possess the following skills and experience:

At least 8 years of relevant technical expertise - with ideally 3 + years of coordinating/service managing role
Very good technical coordination skills
Very good documentation skills
Solid understanding of networks/remote access in particular ZTNA architecture and available products
Understanding of mechanisms used in authentication processes
Solid understanding of networking and security mechanisms (including advanced firewall policies)
Good understanding of Microsoft toolkit used for software deployments and Windows endpoint management (AD, GPO, SCCM, Intune).

Please note due to COVID interviews would be conducted remotely, however the role is based 100% in Switzerland. The team is currently split between WFH and office right now. Post COVID occasional home office will be permitted 2-3 days a week.
