For one of our trusted clients, an internationally operating Private Equity firm based in Lausanne, Swisslinx is looking for a Legal Counsel. As part of a small team of experienced lawyers you would be working closely with investment specialists on global investment projects.

Your Role:
- Act as the SME on all legal related matters and support the wider private equity investment team
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating of legal documents (eg Contracts, LPA, side letters)
- Coordinate tax aspects of investments in collaboration with tax specialists
- Prepare and review NDAs in relation to the private equity activity
- Take part in weekly meetings of the PE investment team and consult on any legal issues
- Liaise with external legal counsels on a project base
- Collaborate with the funds operations team for the execution of subscription documentation and assist on KYC matters when needed

Your Profile:
- 4+ years' experience in a legal role related to Private Equity/Private Markets
- Extensive experience in reviewing and negotiating legal documentation focussing on Private Equity investments
- Full Business Fluency in English, French would be an asset
- Excellent knowledge of the Private Equity industry and sound understanding of cross-border PE fund investment structures
- Entrepreneurial mindset and strong commercial awareness
- Bar Admission (CH, EU, UK) would be beneficial but not necessary
