Growing manufacturing plant in eastern TN has immediate need for an HR Manager. The plant currently employs close to 200 people, and continues to expand. The HR Manager will be heavily involved in recruiting both hourly and salaried personnel. The HR Manager will also be involved in strategic decision making and policy development for the organization. Job Summary Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, this position provides administrative, clerical and receptionist support for the Human Resources Department. The HR Assistant will assists new employees through health screens and new hire employment paperwork (ie, verify licensure/certification, tax and I-9 forms, confidentiality agreement, receipt of policies).
