Description Perform the following construction materials testing quality control services: Determine the suitability of the on-site and off-site borrow soils and assess whether in-situ soils can accommodate the construction project by conducting preliminary soil testing and ongoing observations and tests. Test the soil and aggregates for strength, density, compaction, contamination, moisture, organics and assess the impact on the construction project, including NC DOT projects.
