PURPOSE OF POSITION Under the general supervision of the Assistant/Project Manager, the Crew Chief manages the field procedures and data collection to complete the required projects. If applicable, the Crew Chief directs and leads the Instrument Operator to perform survey tasks in the most efficient way possible.
