Description

As Continuous Improvement Lead, it is your responsibility to ensure your teams are delivering a world-class service to their external clients. You will utilise service delivery frameworks to ensure operational efficiency and promote continuous improvement.

You will line manage several delivery teams and you will be expected to support the development of those individuals, validating approaches and service models. You will lead on engagement strategies across the organisation to increase collaboration and exposure to the existing client base.

Profile

This role is ideal for anyone who is involved in continuous improvement, operational excellence, or change management, at a senior level within the professional services sector. You must have demonstrable experience of working with service delivery frameworks and promoting continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate will have experience of managing the delivery of multi-disciplined services in a high volume, multi-location environment.

You must be able to influence stakeholders within a large commercial environment; legal sector or consultancy and have comprehensive understanding of delivering a service model to meet client demand.
